This year's Tuna Party, on September 15, had a Caribbean theme. For those of you unfamiliar with our annual Tuna Party, we throw an event for friends, family, design colleagues, and clients that centers around pounds of fresh tuna caught off the Long Island coast.
With Stan's incredibly secret spice rub, the thick tunasteak is always a hit. Our signature drink, in line with the theme, was the Painkiller; we also themed our appetizers, sides, and dessert according to Caribbean flavors. As the evening progressed, it got quite crowded inside and outside in our courtyard.
Thanks to all of you who came! We couldn't have asked for a better group of people with whom we'd want to share the evening.
